Amazingly strong heart! He carried at least 100 lbs (45 kg) of fat for the most of his life. And lifted extremely heavy. To get to age 75 with such a lifestyle, quite an achievement!

Agreed. How do they stray so far from their roots? I had the same feeling when I saw the contrast between Kirk Karwoski after many years. No, I don't expect them to be trim, but to see them blow up is shocking.

I read somewhere that carrying 100lbs of fat is healthier than carrying 100lbs of muscle. Less taxing on the body.
