I read somewhere that carrying 100lbs of fat is healthier than carrying 100lbs of muscle. Less taxing on the body.

The extra 100 lbs of muscle always comes from heavy gear / GH use for many years. I guess that's why its even more damaging than carrying that amount of fat

so even fattys can look down upon muscle men. I dont agree putting aside extreme examples, a well muscled body maintained naturally or with trt at that age is way better than being obese.

WTF !! at 1.33

Wide open when punching the bag - mind he'd spark a few if he hit
them unexpectedly.

hardest man I ever encountered as Gary Spiers, by a distance.

I also did doors with trevor hugghroy currie who was a former British hw champ. he banged out 7 gypsies in about20 seconds. its time like those you realise pro boxers and pro athletes are different gravy.

again when Hankins used to say he could rag doll prime Tyson it shows he's never been in a fighting environment. Tyson used to terrify hw CHAMPS. as in paralyse them with fear.

until you've been in with pro's you can't imagine how good and quick and powerful and fast and hard they are

Tyson admitted in interviews he was scared of quite a few opponents. No surprise, as Mike was very short for a heavyweight. Just 5 ft 11 or 180 cm. He had to look up to most of his rivals. You can also tell from his behaviour inside and outside the ring. His shouting, body language and agressiveness. All to conceal he was afraid.
You can observe the same in dogs. Extreme barking and physical intimidation attempts. It's a flee or fight reaction.

We were Good Friends & once work colleagues
A good decent all round man - we had plenty of laughs together
& many stories to share.

Will be sad to go to his funeral.  :'(

Sorry about your friend, friend.

At his funeral, throw a mighty Fortress hail his way, if you can remember.

Teddy Atlas said Tyson lost every "fight" he was in, he even predicted Mike would foul his way out of the rematch with Holyfield if he was losing.

Even in his prime Tyson was max 5’10 , got to be around 5’9 or less these days
