They are the hardest workers by far. Most guys think they train hard while not having the slightest clue what heavy and intense training even means lol

Training is not some sado maso event where one has to out hard the next guy. I train my back plenty hard, I did what I could today in a fatigued state. What about your own training? Focus on yourself.

all that and still a 3rd tier pro
If he cut his training in half he would still be a 3rd tier pro

hes just going to end up hurting himself for nothing.

I could never ever train like that - I'm the first to admit it :(

He's in the off-season and spontaneously decided to do another Pro show in 3 weeks (Romanian Pro), that's why he's sweating like a pig even though it's freezing in Germany :D (probably megadosing DNP and Clen right now)

Do you mean the old school style bending 90 degrees on a platform and pulling to the chest and not the abdomen? I could do about 15 with that weight.

Yeah, I bet the dude in the back yanks up a bar with 7 plates on each side by casually pulling on a towel, oh brother.... ::)

Yup,bent at the waist.........not Yates style.

Standing on a bench would be even more impressive.

i have always done both versions.. the arnold and the dorian... i top out at 185 on the arnold and 315 on dorian... huge difference.. always get a better pump from the arnold style but like the heavy weight of the yates style... ive also used a reverse grip on the ez curl bar for the yates row.. easier on the wrists.

I`ve done 225 for 5 standing on a bench but I had to use a lot of "body "English" just as an "overload technique" so I don`t count it as a good set obviously.....those fuckers are hard.
