Sad to hear that our friend Matt Meinrod passed away on Saturday.  Heart attack at age 45....

Damn. He came up on my Facebook (nh) a few days ago. We went to college at the same time, and I remember seeing him on the football team and his early powerlifting days. I believe he was involved with Redcon as well at one point. PIP big man

Perhaps cocaine, or other hard drugs
Which sorts and amount of gear he has used.
Did he smoke? Cigarettes, joints, how often?

I know 2 people under 40 who were not bodybuilders who had a heart attack & one died.
This was long before the vaccination too.
Ignorant comments on here & regardless if he used or not a person still died.
Makes me wonder why such people even post on here 🤔

I worked with him a bit on his Project Bodybuilding.   I think he was 42 though.   I had about 5 years on him
