he was in stage 5 kidney failure and was still taking 450mgs test 300mgs deca and prima

Did he die of kidney failure or a heart attack? I haven’t followed bodybuilding in years so I have no real clue who he is.

Bhanky,
Why do you abuse drugs like Bostin?

I think it was aortic dissection

Some anabolic support might not have been completely inadvicable at that point but I'm not a doctor. Massive muscle loss being that sick.

Bostin was stupid but he had positive sides imo.

That was the final 'pop' but he appeared to have a full house of other cardiac irregularities - see @12:14 and freeze frame

I’m relatively healthy and have had three comprehensive physicals, and go to the doctor twice a year. I’m not a drug addict, so I’m not sure why these guys aren’t getting checked out via a deep look. Mind blowing that they could’ve been saved by just being honest with their doctor and following up.

There has been an unwillingness, but correct me if I'm wrong, docs don't just order all manner of heart scans just because the patient requests it, and some insurance often doesn't pay anyway. There's been a movement towards more health checkups, some pulling blood for a dozen things every month and even paying out of pocket for scans costing thousands of dollars. I think simple BP monitoring is probably something that should be done by everybody frequently, could save you a lot of grief down the line.

What do these folks die of? I understand it’s the lifestyle, but is it heart attack, kidney failure?

The heart and kidneys are very interconnected, when one is damaged the other one also gets stressed.

The human body has to have some fat cells to function properly, at least around kidneys and thyroid. Maybe the peptide disrupted that balance and now he is gone.
