You look like you're about to blow out your asshole. A miserable lift if I every saw one. A long term lifter/juice should be able to pull 2.5x their body weight and make it look easy.

Last year I no belted 6 plates a side x 2 at around the same bodyweight as him and with 14 inch arms and lifetime natural and whilst that's actually pretty okay, it's below par with plenty of people who are into strength. I wouldn't even bother entering a comp as I'd get smoked.

Nice.  I'm coming back myself from something torn in my lower back during explosive squatting.  I'm now a belted lifter and suffering through the pains of getting used to that after a lifetime of no belt.  I still no belt up to 200-220kg but it's incredible how much harder it is once I put the belt on.  I'm eating the shit because I want to push further than 260 and at some point, I'll need to respect safety

As I said, I deadlifted 260kg last year for 2.  That is me and that will be me again.  I pull that weight you screamed about as a warmup, every week.

Even saying all that, I am nothing compared to a bunch of people in any major city.  Therefore, making a massive noise about pulling it is 1 step too far.

I accept that you could very likely train yourself to pull decent numbers yourself (theoretically), but that furthers my point about showing a bit of class.
