Do you think it's important to do the accessories as a circuit? I only have one barbell and would prefer to just do straight sets vs. constantly changing the weight.
I don't think it's necessary at all.
You switch to non circuit, 5 rep sets later anyway.
Not even sure why they do it that way.
In fact, I swap out exercises - I do v-bar landmine row instead of bent over, and reverse hyper instead of good mornings.
