The heaviest conventional deadlift he's demonstrated for getbig is 280x10 with a rest-pause after seven reps

I have never failed an attempted deadlift or squat in my life. Now it also just so happens I have never really tried to max out on them either I get that but still have never failed those lifts. You dont make the rules for my lifts. You are wearing a belt ffs
