Sure no problem I took 300mg of test this week maybe a smidge more as it was between 1.5-2cc. I also took 500mcg of BPC157/TB500 everyday as my digestive track has been great since I started that want to keep that up. I did not take any HGH as that can cause inflammation. I have surgery next week I have been making a conscious effort to be as close to baseline as possible and not have any weird physiology.  I also have been eating light and doing cardio trying to get the knee loose. I train everything once a week same as I have done for decades nothing new about it

I already did see above 300mg test no HGH surgery next week not a good idea but bpc157/tb500 which I dont think is going to help me lift more but so far has kept the stomach ulcers away. I am also drinking 1-2 cups of coffee and have not used cannabis all week. I may take an advil havent decided yet
