Sure no problem I took 300mg of test this week maybe a smidge more as it was between 1.5-2cc. I also took 500mcg of BPC157/TB500 everyday as my digestive track has been great since I started that want to keep that up. I did not take any HGH as that can cause inflammation. I have surgery next week I have been making a conscious effort to be as close to baseline as possible and not have any weird physiology.  I also have been eating light and doing cardio trying to get the knee loose. I train everything once a week same as I have done for decades nothing new about it

I have a splitting headache and I am back on a cane ths mornng just to get to my kitchen for coffee. My exam is in 3 hours and I am flying to California Monday morning and I cant fucking walk. I sure as fuck cant use a cane with the right arm for the rght kinee after getting surgery on my right pec I am truly fucked. So there will be no deadlift attempt and I will probably fuck up my exam and get stuck in Califrona yeah awesome the haters win
