There are morons on the right that say ignorant shit like “they can all die, go to hell, etc… That’s moronic too. But the vast majority of conservatives are good people that simply want less government control. The ones that want abortions to be criminal - but also don’t want the government forcing a jab - hypocrites. I would NEVER support abortion - but SCOTUS got it right by making it a state issue.
I think 95% + of Americans fail to understand that the founders (I ain’t calling any man other than my pops “father”) NEVER intended for a large federal government. The states were originally much like little I dependent countries. It made sense to “unite”for DEFENSE, to have a uniform currency for trade between states, the ability to travel freely etc.
the idea of making politics a fckn careeer was the LAST thing they wanted. In fact Trump most closely matches what they envisioned - a citizen that makes there own way - serves for a period - then goes back to civilian life.
