It's not looking good. There will be some changes but I doubt it will flip the popular vote winner. It's very likely I'll be sending that $500 on the 8th. At the time, it was a good bet. Sometimes things don't turn out like they should.
When you hide the cognitive decline of our current President, gaslight the American public who questioned it, force him out, replace him with the lowest rated VP ever who was hired mostly based on sex and skin color and didn't even reach Iowa in her own 2020 primary, circumvent democracy by skipping a new primary, hide her for 40 days, run a campaign on abortion and hatred of one man, and shit on half the country because they don't vote for you, things turn out EXACTLY like they should.
Faith in America has been restored.
But also, now the Repbulicans have a big task ahead of them. They have the power, and they have to get positive results in the next two years, or they will lose the midterms, and the cycle will continue.
But to ME, this is an example of why I think this Trump term will be so much different - we're reaching a breaking point with Obestity, chronic disease, and things have to change:
https://x.com/KanekoaTheGreat/status/1854274529067212912BREAKING: Joel Salatin, a renowned regenerative farming expert, has revealed he’ll serve as an advisor to Secretary of Agriculture Rep. Thomas Massie in a groundbreaking move to reform the USDA.
This would be revolutionary for American farming, agriculture, and public health.
"I've been contacted by the Trump transition team to hold some sort of position within the USDA and have accepted one of the six "Advisor to the Secretary" spots. My favorite congressman, Thomas Massie from Kentucky, has agreed to go in as Secretary of Agriculture.
He's been the sponsor of the PRIME ACT, which, if pushed through, would be the biggest shot across the bow of the entrenched industrial meat processing system we've seen in a century. Let liberty ring. Wouldn't that be a change of fortune for Big Ag?
If RFK Jr. goes in as Sec. of Health and Human Services, everything will be inverted. Talk about the coolest turn about. He'd be the boss of the Faucis and Francis Collins--the whole covid anti-science crowd. Wouldn't that be a change of fortune for Big Pharma?
And if Elon Musk goes in as a Government Waste Czar, do you think he could possibly find something?"
Republicans don't have a good history of regulating big companies for sure, but I hope this new team of Vivek, Musk, Tulsi, RFK, DeSantis, Vance, lead the party in a new direction and cut out the old bullshit.
