Our dear getbig content usurper got his feelings hurt, when the blood bank rejected his donation. Dave first claims he has his blood thicker due to TRT and wanted to get rid of some blood to normalize that.
So,, instead of paying a procedure to get rid of it, he thought it would be a good idea to poison others in need. What a magnificent soul.

If he gets a doctors RX then he can receive phlebotomy treatments.  They just won’t use the blood for anyone and just discard it.  He should know this.

I had the same situation twice. They sent me away because the blood was too thick. When I started taking aspirin baby, everything went back to normal and I actually don't have to donate blood at all

Once upon a time he had an impressive physique, but it’s not surprising they turned him down for blood donation.  You don’t need to be a medical professional to see that he looks decidedly unhealthy.  At this point I think a Vampire would pass on him.
