Great Job Row what was the show does this qualify him for something else now or was this the big one?

The worlds in Amsterdam next Sunday. Head judge and president suggested I do pro masters to have better chance of winning a few grand. I think I would need another off season and prep to be dominant in pro open.

Congrats man.
I remember Hungarian dude Peter Molnar cleaning pro shows in PCA few years back and he claimed that he has earned one year almost $200k.Not a lot in UK or USA ,but in Hungary that helps tremendously.

Just out of curiosity, how much scale weight do you think the one Dyazide pulled off you? One tab spaced out sounds so little but apparently is enough to really deplete you.

My philosophy was to start half a tab a day on the sunday week before and then adjust over the days, perhaps even coming off it if too flat. Back in the day I remember Vince Taylor saying for optimal results you should actually come off it in the end, he though the water would come back in the muscle first, then the subcutaneous layer unlike when you start it.

Samson Dauda thought Milos almost killed him with 2 Dyazides over 3 days, went to the hospital and everything, but this isn't Lasix or Bumex or Demadex (Titus said he got into real trouble with that on the advice of Dorian).

I would do the masters class, why not, most everyone looks for the most advantageous lineup but I can see wanting to compete against the best. In the NPC, are the masters pro cards even "real" deserved pro cards but many take them to have that IFBB pro added to their IG names for business reasons. I'm sure there's a possibility you could gain IFBB status as well in the US via masters.

You could post your stack too but it invites the retards coming for you  :D

Dyazide is a short acting diuretic, why would you be taking at anytime other than the night before or morning of the show, it only works for around 4 hours then stops

Aldactone yes a couple days before to keep water off

I have used both and they were a waste of time

Because it may take a few days to know what it does for you. For some the half a Dyazide night before seems to do almost nothing. I know many guys who said they didn't know if the Dyazide even worked at all. Taking the night before, in the morning you may be happy or unhappy with the results and there is no time to adjust and fix it. BigRo did take his two days in a row which sounds logical to me to gauge effects and adjust.

Aldactone used to be big, don't know now. Milos used it on Dennis Wolf in 2006. However it was used for like a week gor a couple of reasons. One was to increase potassium stores so when you took the Bumex the night before theoretically you wouldn't bottom out the potassium and cramp or die. It would also prevent water coming back into the subcutaneous space which obviously is dangerous, even overloading sodium might not work too well trying to rehydrate if there is trouble. That one female coach Shelby Starnes supposedly put many women on aldactone for 3 or 4 weeks before shows. Sounds crazy but it has been prescribed long term for acne treatment in women. Shelby also said to take loop diuretics if you want to look like you never trained in your whole life. bhank overdosed on Lasix, don't know if even "researched" it at all beforehand.

Just some thoughts, I don't have much experience with them. On paper I thought Dan Duchaines method sounded elegant, inject very small doses of Lasix IV or IM, starts working immediately and stops quickly. Then monitor by the mirror and by checking BP so it doesn't go too low and make you faint onstage  ;D

the dyazide works because you start pissing after about 30 minutes, and you have control over it

they all just tend to take water out from everywhere, you end up looking flat

Its probably better to take laxatives because they draw water from the body to the bowel to help you shit
would also help if you wanted a flat stoimach and make weight
