So yeah big belly this is to check chest and muscular size pre surgery 214 this moment with those meals in me. Condition isn’t that bad but let’s see how long to get back to this after surgery. Two things - first off WHY are you so fckn insecure man? You don’t have a competitive BB physique (at least not nationally competitive - I fully support anyone doing local shows). You just seem so desperate for validation. You should need no more validation than a quick check in the mirror.
Second - can you AT LEAST admit that your right arm looks tiny and stringy pics? I do t care if it fck measured 30 inches or weighs 50 lbs - it is is a sport of APPEARANCE and you do not APPEAR to be a big guy.

after seeing this video I think we actually might be coming to the end of Brians lifespan on getbig.
That withered right arm now looks about 14 inches, hes wasting away and no way will he stay here unable to post selfies, his ego wont let him

Its like I may have yelled at my wife and fucked up my exam but at least I am in better shape than a few old geezers on getbig. There is always that. One section I didn't even answer 2 questions you can't even get lucky f you don't select an answer. I need to have missed 2 or less per section I missed at least 4 on the first 2 sections. I dd better on last 2 and don't know which one was the non graded. I know one of the last two was graded I am hoped section I ddn't answer 2 was non graded but no idea regardless did not ace it and do not feel good about it overall obviously I hold myself to a higher standard though. I mean ther are levels to being n condition or broke or bulking or cutting some of us take certain things further or have different standards all together.

There will be NO pec repair. You cannot repair a muscle that has been torn multiple times the amount of scar tissue will make sure of that. The best case scenario is to have it repaired within weeks of the tear, there's no fucking way it's getting repaired after a decade and multiple tears. A fool and his money are soon parted.

The best case scenario is to have it repaired within weeks of the tear, there's no fucking way it's getting repaired after a decade and multiple tears. A fool and his money are soon parted.

Indeed I agree mine is a difficult case I had a high end orthopedics tell me he could do nothing a year after the first tear. It is much worse now. And what’s the point I have a shit build no legs short back arms blah blah blah why even bother but I already paid so we are going to find out
