Look Im 59, I grew up playing sports, I was always slim lean and had abs, almost all on on the teams I played at school were slim (see attached) just the odd fatty
Most guys I played rugby with in my early 20s were in reasonable shape, only a couple were in the condition I was because I trained every day, they just trained rugby two days a week and played on Saturday
only one of my friends was what you would call overweight out of a group of about 8 regular guys in the group.
People who didnt train looked reasonable
If a man is training every day for 4 hours hard work and eating a good diet he will not have a dad bod.
These guys although they are fit are eating like shit and drinking and smoking weed to look like that
