Decent bodybuilder that has Matarazzo or Kuclo type of physique that looks great when stands by himself ,but getting overlooked when top guys standing next to him.
Did not wanted to push the envelope and quit .Smart move.

I remember him from all his healthy food prepping and cooking videos

Checked out his workout vids, he didn't particularly go heavy on the legs like Ronnie did

Hip replacement at 42? Must be a genetic issue.

Usually last around ten years or so from what I've read.

Knee replacments are pretty much the same.

Average age for hip replacement in The Netherlands is between 60 - 80 years.
So Evan Centopani having one hip (or both?) replaced at age 42 is remarkable.

He was 300 lbs off season, and had a quad injury due to slipping on his driveway (same as Markus Ruhl did?):
