Has any one checked out Bass's web site? There's a lot of good info regarding weight loss, training, etc. The guy is sharp!

I read his book about bodybuilding nutrition. He had some interesting ideas about proper foods for building muscle. Strangely enough, he didn't advocate high-protein whatsoever, and I know of one guy at my gym (former Mr. Minnesota) who used his methods to get absolutely shredded. I've never tried his diets.

Clarence Bass has an awesome physique, considering his age. Great site for information too.

You should visit it sometime Arvilla, mayhap you could pic up a tip or two about getting ripped.

I dunno why you are using Bass to slam bald, as both of them have really impressive physiques.

The day you can post a picture that is even remotedly close to matching either of these two, you've done a great feat.

And I'm not writing this to put you down. Just trying to put some perspective into how ripped both of these blokes really are, while still carrying some muscle.

bald competed natural and extremely ripped, and bass is still natural. These blokes worked their asses off, they've paid their dues.

Don't you think they deserve some kind of credit for that instead of your mocking? $:-\$

as for bass lol...............not one of my bodybuilding hero's but oh well

(yea bass does get ripped but you dont know if that's "genetics or not,some people are just blessed that way)

Do you know who Doug Brolus is? The guy claims to have the perfect abs and he does have extremely well developed defined abdominal muscles....but the rest of him looks like total shit. should i "respect him"
as well?
