She could have but then she'd had to pass the many surgeons names and procedures $$$$$ done to her nose, eyes, chicks etc
or biological kids would look nothing like her  ;D

Cory is 66, Jeff Everson died in 2019 at age 68:

In her prime BB women were scare. Female bodybuilders who also looked attrative were even more rare. Today, with all respect for Cory's achievements, there are thousands worldwide with such looks and physique. And all easily located due to social media.
Cory had to rely on maybe less than 10 magazine titles that were sold internationally. And some books, by Robert Kennedy and such
