Jail means you have been charged with a felony or convicted of a misdemeanor. Prison means you have been convicted of a Felony. There is a HUGE difference.  I have been charged with half a dozen felonies I have only been convicted of misdemeanors

Brian, being found not guilty does not mean you’re innocent. You can be found not guilty and still committed the crime.

It just means you’re not guilty since it could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt that person X committed the crime.

With Tyson I think the the the truth is somewhere in the middle. I don't think he raped her, but I think he was probably very unkind to her afterward, and she already was damaged mentally in regards to sexuality.

The thing that changed my mind was a documentary on the case that Greta Van Susteren did years ago that's now become somewhat lost media. It had interviews with her ex boyfriend where he stated she'd get really freaked out after intimacy and felt like she was a whore, and dishonoring her parents and God.

I could see Tyson screwing her, then telling he scram, and that setting her off.

Also Tyson did himself no favors in court, his own original lawyer hated him. And a whole bunch of witnesses were disallowed because they were presented too late. Many on the jury said they probably would've acquitted him if he came off nicer and they heard those witnesses.
