finasteride/dutasteride and minoxodil are the ones with the strongest scientific backing/proof. And are established as the best ones around in the hairloss community.
idk if women suffers from lower DHT if not I'd say go duta/minoxodil.
But then again I don't advice women to do male hormones. As it goes against/is opposite to what is attractive about females. Equivalent to a man taking high dose estrogen. I don't think females would find that man attractive.
Just a tiny bit of androgens can make a woman more sexy in the short run imo, certainly much more sexual! Female testosterone replacement is all the rage right now in the US, from what I read the dosages start at 3.5mg of test enanthate a week so its a tiny dose, though some places use 10mg routinely and cycle up to 20mg, and supposedly all the females love it, never want to get off. Sex drive through the roof. For a long time female athletes could evade doping tests while doing tiny TRT, but enough to produce performance benefits. Now in bodybuilding, the pharma bodybuilding influencers on social media, say females should first dip into TRT when getting into PEDs, then come the Anavars and Primos.
