This isn't Nick's kid but in case someone is wondering how come pro bodybuilders can produce children; the answer is a few don't stop producing sperm, though I assume most do, but the solution is single product called HMG - human menopausal hormone. Often it is used in conjunction with the more known HCG, but the heavy hitter wrt fertility is HMG, which proves the follicle stimulating hormone. It appears amazingly effective for producing sperm and it's even questionable if getting off steroids improves results. Of course some could have been genetically infertile steroids or not. HMG is pretty expensive but a very small price to pay for those wanting children.

I heard Leo Longevity mention that it has to do with his increased estrogen if not controlled that can lead to this. I am not sure if that is true though.

Interesting fact. Nevertheless, i have a friend that "made" his boys when "on". And another whose first was a boy, and he also on. I was "off" and got a beautifull daughter. But in general terms might be statiscally confirmed.
