He weighs more than a stringy 200 lbs so naturally he crushes Steve Jones.

The more you look at Hanky picture, the worse he gets.

I have better calves. But again my point is I dont need to be 250 to look jacked at my height. Wolf looks jacked at 211. I cant wait to see what I can do with 2 pecs both should improve I have not been able to do a dip in decades
Oh man just wait until you start doing dips! You're gonna blow up! I don't think any of us realized you couldn't do dips. Really puts all your seemingly delusional posts in perspective. Egg on all our face. Or, and here me out, you're going to look like a bag of shit just like always. Fucking idiot. Dips.........

I think I looked leaner the next show. I still had an issue with bloating stomach ulcer pain after eating lunch before finals. I believe I have solved that. I have had no digestion issues in months. My abs look a lot better when not bloated in am 2nd pic. Obviously I need more legs than 2d pic but one step at a time. Pec tear is gone just need 6 months of rehab but its been torn for 20 years I am excited to test out my new reconstructed reattached Achilles cadaver chest.

Hopefully by the time I get the chest fully recovered I will have brought up the legs some more

I was never trying to compare myself to Wolf I was saying Wolf at 211 is a good goal for me to aspire to emulate as best I can he shows me 211 at my height can look great. I think I looked pretty good before my surgery I was in decent shape again

Obviously Wolf looks better but I was looking pretty solid

He is the exact same height

You’re 5’10” and he’s way wider in the clavicles

Did you also dislocate your left shoulder? Bone bumping out a bit looks like it’s narrowing your shoulder structure

I get it I said I was 510 because I last measured myself at 510.5 in high school. I assumed I lost half an inch. Well everyone called me a liar so I got measured and I am 511 twice by NPC and 3 times by Drs in last 4 years. I am the same height as Dennis Wolf

I had a bad dislocation of left and a slap repair I have bone spurs and a loose body in xray I also have bad arthritis and a surgically disconnected long bicep tendon. I have impingement and possible rotator issues with pressing pain and instability

The shoulder is next ideally early summer

I have insurance starting Jan 1st. I am going to see how chest turns out before making decision on shoulder. I am also putting off the knees for now as that is major surgery. But the shoulder is interesting Dr Mora said he could add a tendon back not just clean up the bone spurs.

Worst case I figure 15k for shoulder but want to rehab and recover the right side before doing the left. I am not going to be able to compete in summer 2025 anyway goal is summer 2026. If I am unable to get the legs up by then I may look into something for knees. But watching the technology on that waiting for something better than a knee replacement. Thinking just doing some pep injections next maybe some stem cells need cartilage

I do plan to invest serious time and resources into my training once recovered. I am going to try a few new things and strategies. I have been researching some new ideas. The plan is to compete as a heavy in 2026. I think I have solved my digestion issues. I think the BPC has healed my gut

I am willing to spend another 50k on surgeries the next decade figure shoulder and both knees but hopefully insurance covers some of it and going to try and compete again before the knees that is the unknown

I get it I am old and never going to make a dollar bodybuilding that's not the point. The point is it is what I like to do. I spent decades doing what others wanted. I quit when I had digestive and medical issues in my late 20s. I started getting serious again in my 40a when I realized I was getting old and the window was closing. When I got serious I realized these medical issues were holding me back from my goals so I am getting them fixed.

What is the point of chasing a pro card at 50? What's the point of anything the meaning it has is what we give it. It's fun and it's what I want to do Nationals 2026 or bust

All my kids friends Dads are 2 decades younger than me. I don't want to be the old dad at wrestling practice I want to be the young Virile dad.

My son loves bodybuilding I want him to see me win

Also I know you have a torn long head of your bicep T the shoulder as well you have the same popeye bicep as me. You can see it in my side chest looks awful from the backside outside.

Other doctors have said they can clean up my bone spurs giving me arthritis in shoulder

Dr Mora says he can add back a tendon and reattach it. I asked if that bicep tendon would help shoulder stability he said it might. The left shoulder has atrophy on the front and side head due to not overhead pressing from pain. Get that fixed improve bicep and left front and side delt.

But let me see how pec repair does if it does good I may take Dr  Ora up on the new long bicep tendon

Shit he could probably fix wolf's calf

If I could buy brand new knees I would pay a small fortune but you can't and not sure I want a replacement waiting for lab grown cartilage and a bone graft

I don't want more hardware I want cadaver parts and stem cells and cloned lab grown cartilage technology just isn't there yet there is no going back from a knee replacement I do believe in regenerative medicine

Your in the second half of your forties, your riddled with injuries, why not just build your body back from a more functional standpoint than continuing with competitive ambitions? I am unsure I want to compete again myself, I probably will go again next spring but its not the best way to build an all round fit, strong, balanced and dynamic body, competitions demand much sacrifice and give next to nothing in return.

Well because I have never done nationals. Also you don't need to qualify to compete in the amateur Olympia or the Arnold these would all be fun things. More Importably though than competing is I want to improve. I want to have a full chest and be all cut up with 19 inch arms. I want to turn back the clock. And also I like setting goals that are difficult and working towards  them it gives me a sense of purpose and accomplishment.

I do plan to build back functional strength. I plan to squat and deadlift a lot more. I plan to ride my bike more and do more knee specific training. This is going to involve high reps with good form It's what I like to do. I feel like I have not trained right in 20 years because of this pec tear I want to train chest right again I want the pump.

My son is starting to train my time is coming to an end. I know that but I am not done yet. I got this repair so I could give it an honest effort.

But maybe I lose interest and I just work towards being the best 211lbs I can be like Wolf and I don't compete wouldn't be anything wrong with that either. I just know I can do better if I ca  train proper not worrying my pec is going to rip off the bone.

But yeah I get it seems rather silly and a million miles away right now I can't even lift my arm it may take years to get back to wear I was no idea but I am thinking 2026 summer I can be ready

Right now I have a weird pain and a lump in my armpit but Dr assures me it's a suture and not a pulled up tendon but who knows the chest could be fucked and I may never bench press again but have to think positive

Even if I never compete though I still like having 2 whole oecs just to train same with left shoulder it's not stable I can't go heavy u til I get it fixed as well

I will be 48 in summer 2026 so that gives me 3 years to compete and improve in the 45-50 age group. If I haven't become a competitor with a real chance of winning  by the  maybe I give it up and get the knee surgery. But if you are in shape and you like competing why not do one show a year

I will not step on stage again unless I feel I am bringing a better package. I think with two pecs I can do that but it will be 6 months before I am even close to being back in shape. No need to worry about competing now. However if healthy why not? How many wish they still could?

If it were up to me every regular poster would enter an contest every year. Maybe entering makes you work out a little harder eat a little cleaner and maybe just maybe live a little longer.

You guys go ahead and relax in your rocking chairs I got work to do the grind is not done

This is me tonight at 212 and 511 exact same height and weight

I am still in a sling recovering from surgery at my worse no exercise for 5 weeks but I think I still compare pretty good. I know I will compare a lot better in 6 months. His arm looks kind of small there to be honest when recovered my arms are bigger than that. If he is amazing then I don't suck
