Didn’t watch but I imagine he got abs in his 50s because he weighs around 100bs. You could eat ice cream and if you weighed 100 lbs you could have abs. Honestly abs never impressed me unless it was backed by slabs of beef. But that’s just me.

I fry chicken etc in either butter or coconut butter pre contest, 1/2 teaspoon. Saturated fat is not unhealthy in moderation and from the right sources. I love full fat organic milk when not dieting.

only oil I use is olive oil

No seed oils at all
I used best butter , full fat milk, beef dripping and lard for cooking

Its what everybody did pre 1972 when they persuaded everyone to start using seed oils and sugar and they replaced them in all foods.

You can get abs eating butter and you can get abs eating all your carbs from pure table sugar. Context. You can get abs eating seed oils too.

butter ruins it, coconut oil is not great in it either. Some milk and cream though. I also recently got in to adding a dash of turmeric on top.

Coffee with butter is good. 

Keto/Carnivore activates fat burning. 

The toast is all carbs (basically sugar) and would prevent this.

The comments here indicate most people here do not understand how it works.

It's the basis of Gironda's "meat and egg" diet and why it gets you ripped.

Do some research on keto if you want to understand.
