Already visited w/ my Ma on SUN, and with the Inlaws last weekend.
Also, 1 week off from training. I haven't done that in 25 years.
Body is hurting (skeleton, tendons, rotators, knee, right elbow).
I have a new piece that should be here today (I hope) so I can put it together and mount it in the gym.
(On the wall).
(Replacing a lat machine and old Jubinville Iso-Rack that I dont use)...
This new thing has a leg-holder that mounts to the rack to hold you in place for lat pulls.
The dual pulleys will come in handy as well. (Has other attachments if one is inclined to buy/use them).
