That sucks. I have ordered a lot from them and never had a problem, I use them cause they get me my stuff in a day. Anyway, you should look into it no matter where you buy it. You can save a lot of money buying in bulk.

Traps and shoulders need some work though still. Dont bother abs maybe once a week just crunches. Abs do get worked a lot. I do abs once a week and mine have great def and can see the six pack at a weight of 240.

Thanks bro! Its summertime now is I should be losing what fat I do have. Just started training traps again nothing major because deadlifts hit it pretty hard. I am steadily going up on my military presses so hopefully shoulders will catch up. I always had abs even before I started training but I like to train them to keep them tight.
