no that was over a year ago or so.. don't remember what hapened. I think I called them and they told me that I had to pay it..

That sucks. I have ordered a lot from them and never had a problem, I use them cause they get me my stuff in a day. Anyway, you should look into it no matter where you buy it. You can save a lot of money buying in bulk.

i realize alexxx is serious about bodybuilding now because he'd rather spend money on 3 more pounds of ground beef and opt for the 6-pack of Kirkland boxers at costco (with only a slight variation in color or pattern between them) than get something which the ladies might enjoy.   no matter if it looks like you never change your boxers.

i salute you for your abstinence and unimpeded quest to be Mr. O

They've always been great with me, but then again I don't live in Canada. The owner Mike McCandless AKA 1Fast400 posts here sometimes (He ran the Charlotte Pro Show).

Looking good!! better than a few other pics I saw in the past.  Dont worry about body fat you wont gain much if your hitting it hard.eat dude and lots of protein. Traps and shoulders need some work though still.  Dont bother abs maybe once a week just crunches.  Abs do get worked a lot.  I do abs once a week and mine have great def and can see the six pack at a weight of 240.

Keep up the work bro

Thanks bro! Its summertime now is I should be losing what fat I do have. Just started training traps again nothing major because deadlifts hit it pretty hard. I am steadily going up on my military presses so hopefully shoulders will catch up. I always had abs even before I started training but I like to train them to keep them tight. Thanks again for your honest criticism.
