Just want to point out that it's not necessarily as outrageous as it may look to still be juicing, his kidney are already OUT, sometimes some juice is indicated for this condition, you may utilise protein more effectively and it's generally good to be strong and not waste away... some consideration before saying he's a total moron to still be juicing.
