Uysk vs Fury rematch
« on: December 19, 2024, 01:23:33 PM »
I don't really care who wins, I may even go to sleep early, but its still interesting I suppose. Fury looks like he had a very solid camp, his beard is long and he has a meanness about him, he still talks too much shit though. Uysk looks steely calm and locked in, a bit bigger perhaps. How do you see it panning out? If Uysk does not deliver considerable damage the odds are in favor of Fury to bring on the trilogy. Turkyalashite is strongly backing Fury for the win.

Big GK will need to KO Usyk. If it goes the distance, Usyk will just pot shot Fury for the full 12. Hopefully Fury comes out more aggressive with a plan to win inside 9- getting in close and leaning on Usyk.

I'd like to see the Big GK win, but think that Usyk will be too smart- Usyk UD 12 for me.

Fury is frightened of him...

They stared down for over ten minutes, Fury was blinking while Uysk didn't blink at all, not sure it means much but he won the who blinks first contest. I always thought an unblinking gaze was more intimidating, Fury should know that.

Fury was screaming and shouting at Uysk , he wasnt composed at all, that screams insecurity.

Remember when Ali went crazy during the weigh in gor his first fight with Liston?

Ali admitted later he was scared of him, he did that to try and hide his fear

really not a fury fan

think he was engineered into his position

resume is shit

and he brought back in the WWE boxing bullshit along with his retard dad hughie and tommy. his brother shane is a nice lad.

BUT fury for me cultivated this yth that he is a fighting man. be's not -he's a defensive counter puncher who has fought more or less everyone in decline except Usyk

Usyk i like -good man great boxing pedigree and a man of princile. also never been popped for gear like fury

I hope Usyk finishes him in 8

Both great boxers. Usyk is an all time great. Remember he came up from cruiser weight and cleaned out the division and did the same as an undersized heavyweight.  That's pretty fucking amazing.  Purists know how special he is.
Fury is a legend in his own right.  He's either 1 or 2 of this generation. Supremely skilled and slick as fuck at 6'7 (listed as 6'9 🙄🙄🙄) and well over 260 with a high boxing IQ shows you why he's in the position he's in. He also recovers quick as fuck and can take damage.

I spoke to tony bellew about usyk a while back he said its like. he can figure you out as hes fighting you. he felt against him no matter what he did usyk had an answer. simply too smart too conditioned and his ability to occupy the mid range but come in and out using his footwork is amazing.

I am looking forward to it though! I pick the kids up for crimbo from 21st to the 5th so last session at the gym tomorrow. going to enjoy having a laugh and some quality time.

Awesome man. Sounds like a good time.  I can't wait for it myself. I hope it's as good as the first and on the low, I hope we get 3 fights. So know if Fury wins he said in an interview they'd have to fight again.  I'm definitely team Usyk though. He's an incredible athlete.  I'd love to see him in other eras.

My thing with Fury is he beat Klitchko and soundly even though he was older. He beat Wilder majority times, imo he would absolutely throttle Anthony Joshua.  There are some others like Big Bang Chang, that giant Congolese man that crushed the American.  I think he'll retire before he has to fight those monsters.

Can't overlook Fury's Height , Weight & Reach advantage
He also was very effective with the uppercuts in 1st fight.
And he does recover very well from knockdowns.

I'd like to see Usyk win again - He so good at what he does
& conducts himself very well inside & outside of the ring.

Hopefully it'll be a great fight again, with Usyk winning.
