There have been no government shutdowns during Biden's Presidency.
On the other hand, these are the government shutdowns during Trump's four years in office:
2018: Under Donald Trump. It lasted three days.
2018: Under Trump. It lasted several hours.
2019:
Under Trump. It lasted 35 days and cost the economy about $3 billion, equal to 0.02% of GDP, according to the Congressional Budget Office.
2024: Private citizens, Trump and Musk nearly caused another government shutdown with last minute spending bill proposals/demands. The House didn't agree and passed the bill. President Biden signed the bill, averting another expensive government shutdown.
BTW:
President Biden increased the national debt by $6.17 trillion throughout his presidency.
The debt increased by $8.18 trillion during the 4 years Trump was in office,
