Pneumonia. Caught me by surprise, then you realize it takes thousands, if not 100,000's of thousands a year.  RIP, I remember watching him from the bleachers as a little kid.

great guy.. when he played for the yankees, as a kid i met him in cleveland... signed my baseball, talked with me for about ten minutes.. ran into him in my early 20's and the fuckin guy remembered me.. he hung out for a drink and the left w some dudes.. rickey was cool lol. rip

It says online he made 54 million back many years ago. The first team I followed was the shitty Yankees of the late 80’, but he was obviously damn good.

Has he lost a lot if weight? Impossible to play if he has significanly lost  strength.
And if he hasn't lost stength it will play a number mentally, impossible to  focus on other things apart from survival, this happens even if he was or wasn't spanked as a child, with leukemia. Any examples of leukemia sufferers continuing to play sports?
