She would leave him if he didn’t marry her and give her long term commitment. Bezos probably figures 7 year prenup covers the window wherein she’s likely to divorce. She’s probably in it for the long haul too, given that a) he’s one of the richest men in the world and b) she’s 54 and unlikely to find anyone else, let alone anyone more appealing than Sr Bezos.
They’ve been together since 2019 and have been engaged since 2023. No reports of strife or conflict. I give them good odds of success.

Talks about the reality of being super wealthy and the problems they have. There is an episode on finding a wife. They talked about matching services and said for a female it’s basically give the the Billionaire constant sex and then don’t talk about their work or give opinions.
Many prenups apparently have year targets. So there is 5yr-7yr-10yr or whatever written into it and they can opt to stay. It also means the Billionaire can end the contract and go find a younger model. So it’s not so much about lasting a lifetime, they have an arrangement basically.
