Sour grapes from a low level pro who realized Fury and Usyk made 150 mill+ off that fight. Lots of that in MMA.

Why do they compare 'real life' to a sport?

The same way a gun would end an MMA fighter in 2 seconds "IRL". Why bother, right Dillon?  ::)

LOL @ "a real fight" , it's widely understood beating another man with your fists has always been the ultimate arbiter of the question of "who is the better/best fighter" or more simply put who is tougher.

To put it another way, pick an example of any insult to your "manliness" or an affront to your honor. Lets say you walk in to your house and find a man in your bed with your wife, are you going to shoot in for a double leg take-down then arm-bar him into "tapping"? Or are you going to beat the shit out of him. There's an inate understanding in all men that 'beating the shit' out of someone means using your fists.

Hankins just went all dewy-eyed about Bailey Sanchez reading that...

Whenever I read or hear this kind of shit, it only points to the person really not being familiar with how a majority of physical alterations actually go down.

A particularly large and strong individual who can effectively throw a one-two combination will be triumphant in almost any fight.

Even against a MMA champion (albeit one considerably smaller).

When shit pops off, fists get thrown. Usually poorly.

Because of this ineffectiveness, a clinch will pretzel the two against something, usually.

If a very large and powerful man fires one or two bombs into his opponent’s face, and then “muscles” injury and /or pain onto him, as well, fight’s over.

And this scenario will occur in under 30 seconds.

A tall, large and talented striker will dead-stop almost all real fights within seconds.

“Take him to the ground”

Hahahahahahaha

If this happens, it’s either by accident or because both are unathletic buffoons.

A professional boxer who is around 200cm tall would hit him like a hand grenade.

Wishful thinking.  Big musclemen suck at fighting and will easily be destroyed by a smaller trained fighter.  Sorry, I know you like to think lifting weights makes you a “badass” but it doesn’t.  Hope that helps.

Some grapplers and MMA-afficionados forget there is a difference between Sports (with different rulesets) and Self-defence.

Muscle is a fighting attribute obviously skill is as well but all else being equal you would prefer not to fight the guy who is 350lbs of muscle. It takes a lot less skill when you are twice your opponent's size.
