MERRY CHRISTMAS GETBIG BRETHREN!!

It's been a minute, but I have not forgotten about the brothers in iron (or vulcanized rubber, or vinyl, or whatever covers the weights these days).

It just so happens that Christmas falls on my off day. And I got my leg workout done yesterday before my gym closed at 2 om.

Nonetheless, a merry Christmas to all!

Eat, Drink, and be massive, on this day commemorating the birth of Christ!!
