Hankins, a straightforward question: EXACTLY how many speeding/reckless driving tickets did you have to list on your application?  Not "points on your licence", the actual number of times you have been ticketed in your life.

I have no traffic tickets in 10 years and 3 total since 99’ and one marijuana misdemeanor (personal amount) from 99’ and I would hate to have to explain all that. Mine isn’t expunged for shady reasons either as it isn’t illegal any more there.

A person with a conscience would feel uneasy trying to force this incompatible situation through.

He needs to have a bit of sympathy on his side and a period of no interaction with the law.

Of course, his patience, character etc probably won't extend to that.

I'm guessing the guys that are reformed criminals who get in tend to have the extenuating fact that their law breaking was put on pause (record wise) in jail.  Whereas 30 traffic incidents just says stone cold remorseless c unt.

You dont think me contacting multiple courts and getting the original tickets plus final disposition paperwork for every ticket I have ever received in any jurisdiction the last 30 years is good lawyering??? I had to attach all original court paperwork to several applications. That is half the shit lawyers do filing paperwork

When you have pages of tickets you can't right a thesis for each how much explanation does speeding reduced to a non moving violation need?

I had to submit original and final court paperwork plus an explanation for each ticket I submitted a damn book worth of attachments. I submitted over 50 attachements

I also had to submit my dd214(military seperation), my college transcripts, my resume, recommendations, etc etc and I did not submit directly they get the material directly from the Universities and recommenders I dont get to review or manipulate anything

As I started to submit all these attachments, I started to feel like my chances of getting in to Law School in NC were going down. At that point I started to apply to some out of state schools in states that do not require every speeding ticket since birth to be disclosed. NC schools all require everything. Some out of state schools have hybrid programs where you show up one week a semester and the rest is online. Fingers crossed
