Maybe he'll still get in somewhere real, if low ranked.  That would make an interesting dilemma weighing that versus the scam he's fallen for except this is all a ruse as he'll never go anywhere.

he's had an offer for a new not established university with an acceptance rate of 87%. so more or less anyone gets in as they need to pay for the facility.

the law school is not even built.

I am absolutely going to be accepted to other schools. However, are they going to offer me any money? Where are they? What kind of hybrid commute plan do they offer. Do they have connections to NC internships and jobs?
