I was offered admission to another Law School this week. They are ranked higher than Pace. They were my first choice. But this isn't about a competition. I am just grateful for the opportunity. Remember it is never too late to become what we might have been.

Yet you made it one by mentioning it being higher and then pointing out how low of a "ranking" HI-AF Point was on your list.

Your stupidity knows no limits

The FACT is that Brian was kicked out of the military for MISCONDUCT. He did NOT receive an honorable discharge - that’s a fact and it’s an embarrassment. The fact that he is proud of this shows a complete lack of character.
I would have respect for a man who has the ability to self reflect and the INTEGRITY to admits faults and failures. Brian is maybe the most insecure and weak man I’ve ever encountered

You guys are misinformed you keep saying I was kicked out. I have a general discharge under honorable conditions. I didn't just get into Law School.

JKK ANYONE?
When it comes to benefits, an Honorable Discharge means the person is entitle to all their benefits based upon character of service (there may still be some things that the person does not qualify for because of not having served the minimum period, but otherwise the person is entitled to all benefits). A General discharge qualifies the person for most benefits; and OTH/BCD/DD the individual gets almost NO benefits.

A general discharge under honorable conditions does qualify me for this though 45k is nice

I am just now at 12 weeks and cleared to train. I have had to drop my physical therapist. I basically used them to hold me back the last 12 weeks but I can't any longer. I am using a small amount of BPC 157 directly into the scar tissue. I have also resumed TRT. My range of motion is not perfect, but it is improving. I was able to overhand throw a tennis ball for the first time today not well but not painful the back lat is tight and still stretching out. I can not yet do a front double bicep a few more weeks on that.

The chest is small and soft but it is connected where it was not connected before. The knot that was in the middle of the chest is now stretched across the chest and connected at the shoulder there is clearly a thick new tendon connected. I need to train chest for a few months before it is going to be a full plump chest but it has potential now as connected.

I have new stretch marks in my armpit chest area on the repaired side tissue is growing around the tendon

I hope it holds because this procedure is very experimental and I want to see how it progresses. Just don't flare the elbows too much on presses! :D

I am going to take it slow and keep it light. Unless I do something stupid there is no reason it won't hold at this point. I am just going to be light pumping it for the next year at least.

Like I've said before, my surgeon was pissed I was lifting too light at 12 weeks after my bicep surgery. "The goal is you back 100% to your previous weights, you should already be much stronger!" Lol

But I don't know what's right or wrong here, I just wish I had understood the risk with heavy wide grip benches with the elbows flared before I got hurt freakin 25 years ago, I still really miss the heavy benches, the drop sets and the pec pumps :D

Have you considered more of a powerlifting form with elbows closer to the body and slightly closer grip?

I find it much easier on my shoulders and the outer edge of my pecs.

I made that change a few years ago. The big difference is I am going to be using the smith machine for a while. Currently today I am planning on doing pushups from my knees to give you an idea of where I am at.

1) or your script for PT ran out
2) you weren't listening to them in the first place....you knew better + you probably got kicked out because of how creepy you are when they 'massaged you'
3) What does this illustrious surgeon say about you doing that?  Stop listening to him because of your 'extensive knowledge'?  Or did he tell you to fuck off because you are such an arrogant prick?

In the State of NC you do not need a script or a referral from a Doctor at all. You can just go to physical therapy for whatever reason you please for as long as you please and insurance covers it. It was a waste of time as I am already months ahead of their schedule.

Months ahead, so basically 2 or 3 +.  Yet its been 12 weeks.  So you're saying that after 4 weeks you could have done so much more.

Gotcha.  Your medical knowledge of healing definitely is irrefutable.

I am saying they want me to start on movements this week without weight that I am already using significant weight on with hundreds of reps. They want me to start things this week I started 6 weeks ago.

You had a pretty big surgery to be skipping steps and not following postop advice.

I am also injecting BPC-157 directly into my injury daily in addition to hormonal support. I have been doing hundreds of reps or band work a day for weeks plus a half hour a day of static isometric flexing. I also have 30 years of weightlifting muscle memory. I don't need to rehab to get regular strength back I already have regular strength I never lost it.

I am still working on flexibility in overhead movements but the strength never left. I don't need to rehab the other muscles they are still there. I even started putting weight back on this last week.
