"Stop resisting!" one of the officers said to Kerley Bhanky as he lay on the ground, according to the footage.

"I'm not resisting, get off of me, bro," Kerley Bhanky replied, before repeatedly and profanely calling the officers "weak."

Sounds like a total asshole. Glad he was tazed. Of course his lawyer is making it a race issue. LOL. Such a tired and overused argument for absolutely everything.  Claiming racism is meaningless.
