Buying an expensive house, or any house, without insurance is something only a total moron would do. (I like James Woods btw, cool guy)

Most lecture others about climate change while on their way to a chartered superyacht holiday. Fuck them and the private jets they flew in with.

Insurance has dropped him 4 month prior this fire. In FL and CA will be   very difficult to obtain insurance and if so it will be pricey AF.

It's also happening in other areas of the west and south west. Firewise, any places that aren't close to reliable fire fighting water supplies (eg hydrants, etc...) are screwed.

Homeless people  are serious problem .
Some live in tents in woods leaving portable fuel cooktops on ,smoking etc.

I grew up in the TC, Arcadia, Pasadena area. Best friend lives up in LaCanada-Flintridge told be last night it’s close from the Eaton fire. Texted him a couple of hours ago and haven’t heard back yet. I’m sure he’s fine but not sure about his property
