And he absolutely can pull 500lb.  At least, I could pull 500lb with my head on his body - whether he can do it with his brain, that's questionable.

But doubting someone who is already pulling over 400lbs with basically shit all training or commitment - you can only be doubting the personality, not the body.  There is no doubt he could pull 500lbs if he deadlifted 50 times this year, practicing. 

And just to be clear, given he is using quite a bit of hormonal aid, 500lbs means fuck all anyway.  Just saying, anybody goading him by saying he can't needs to recognise that he pulled well over 400lbs with shit form, barely any training and really no knowledge of how to do it properly.  Given that can all change, of course he can.

If I were you, I would restrict myself to db presses (absolutely no bar bench) and I probably wouldn't take the risk on dips because it really hammers the shoulders as well and you're talking about getting shoulder surgery.
