I'm curious, are law school exams multiple choice things like the LSAT or standardized tests?  I don't think so, i think they're more essay type right?

When I went it was written essay and only one exam end of semester that was it.   Hanky is looking for the easy way out as always as a path to a title he will never achieve.

He picked law school because he wins every  internet argument he’s ever been in. His is in literally 100 a day. He can teach himself laws over night with a 6 pack of O’Douls.  It’s a logical choice for him.

In the current work climate he wouldn’t get that job most likely. Huge gaps in his employment and he doesn’t have experience doing anything useful or he’d already have a job.

Massive red flag is being out of work for years as he was, then getting a job for 1 year then being unemployed again.  Everyone would see this as "finally got a job and couldn't keep it".  So he comes up with this fantasy plan.

I would not apply or go any place that wouldn't offer me an ABA accredited JD as that is what is required to sit for the NC state bar. Why do you ask the same stupid thing 3 times I put forth my parameters months ago.

Such an odd answer.  Why not say "It is ABA accredited"?  Something he still has not actually said?  Did you apply here or did they send an "acceptance" email to everyone who applied to any law schools (the "highly competitive pool of applicants") because it's some kind of scam?
