Holy Shit! He applied to High Point University which is NON-ABA Accredited and then lied on here pretending he got in somewhere ABA accredited. Look at how deceptive this is phrasing is above, that's what a sociopath does, then claims it isn't a lie.  Maybe, maybe, maybe, they will get that approval, maybe they won't, but this means they are starting at the bottom bottom of all the law schools on that list of 200, again maybe.  It's a total scam and money grab only pure idiots would fall for.  It also means he's gotten accepted nowhere and the JKK and rest of the crim record has not been passed on like he claims.

All props to deleon for digging this up and exposing this High Point fraud.  It's ironic because he's always high anyway. 

One last point, the fact that they are non-ABA approved makes it LESS LIKELY they'll take someone like him despite the email (that they probably send to all who apply).  He'd be an embarrassment with his record and hurt their chance at getting approved.

Tuition is 50k they are offering me 22.5k merit scholarship the federal government will give me 20k no questions asked. The net cost to me would be 8k a year plus expenses. I think I can pay 8k a year plus expenses.

That is their undergraduate acceptance rate 77% not their law school and yes, it is an expensive private school with nicer facilities, so it charges more money. I like to explore options. I applied to some schools to see if I could get in. I applied to others I would like to go. I still need government loans. I can't pay all of it out of pocket. You have to get accepted then get approved for a loan it is a multi step process.

I am hoping to go but accepting admission to a Law School with a 2 hour commute is setting myself up for failure. I do not wish to just go to Law school I would like to do well.

High Point Law School just welcomed their initial class in 2024. You can not have ABA accreditation your first year. You apply and get conditional its basically a formality. They then upgrade your conditional to full accreditation if enough of your graduates do well on the bar exam. The LSAT is directly correlated to first time pass rates on the bar exam. As such High point will accept and give out scholarships to people with high LSAT scores like myself.

They will absolutely have accreditation by the time I would graduate. They are one of 2 law schools in the country currently seeking accreditation. Their new 50 million dollar Law School is under construction and scheduled for completion this summer. I would literally be the first class in the new Law School. I could found a local chapter of a law school Fraternity. It is going to be the nicest newest law school in the country.

The campus is also one of the nicest in the country with the best dining and recreational facilities.

Honestly I would love to go to High Point they have invited me to the admitted students day this Saturday. The dean is literally my ex-neighbor from the beach. They are a well connected well funded school they will absolutely have aba accreditation and have their students sitting for the bar by the time they graduate. They also have big MAGA connections the dean is the one who advised Trump Jan 6th.

The only issue is it is a 2-hour commute from my house and an extra 25k for a room to crash if needed.

I am not sure I can leave my house at 530 am everyday get home at 7pm and still find time to study. I am afraid that is a setup for failure. I am hoping to get in somewhere closer or hybrid but High Point may be my only option.

From what I have seen it is absolutely amazing looks like a country club. I am going to check it out in person this Saturday. They have 2 all you can eat dining facilities I could get a 5 meal a week plan and have an all you can eat lunch everyday and workout in anyone of the dozen gyms on campus between classes.

Why not? You claim to get up at 3am to workout. I could leave my house at 5:30am arrive at 7:30am have law classes from 8am-5pm then drive home and arrive by 7pm. Of course that leaves no time to park and walk to class but you get the idea it could be done.

Now if I had a self driving tesla and I could study read and cases during the drive. The problem is it would be an exhausting schedule and difficult to be top of the class. It would be much easier if I had those 4 hours to study at a desk.

I am seriously considering it so dont fucking tell me I am looking for the easy way

The why not is because you complained about the 2 hour drive to get your son and that was every other week. You’re not doing this drive once a week, let alone every day.

At some point the cost of gas and wear on the car will also be a factor attending this non law school.
