1- a warning/ ethical email to womens groups gay groups etc about letting you in. mugshots, links. JKK discharge for drug abuse etc

2- a brian hankins account which I contact people at the law faculty telling them who I am asking mundane questions. Oh and all the martial arts and weight clubs they have offering to roll with them or to do a seminar to show them real lifting or fighting arts. if nothing else they look at you on google and see you are a woman beater and your name is rightfully sullied. that is hugely funny.

I enjoy both and they take seconds.

Oh and making reservations at restuarants in selma, greensboro, raleigh then not turning up. a day after not turning up I then write on your behalf a complaint email asking for a free meal. this then puts you on a list of scammers in your local area which wil impact on your booking meals etc etc etc. this is funny as hell and easy pickings. we've done the gyms inviting yourself as 'the winner of the charlotte cup over 45s classic division offering to do a seminar outlining your trainig secrets for. a free years membership and parking space.

There is a set of Blue ones that are 2lbs and a set of pink ones that are 3lbs. My 5-year-old did not start with 5lb dumbells when he was 2. They actually got lost in the move the lightest ones we have now are 5lbs.

When lifting my focus is not really on counting, I was doing between 30-50 so I just put 30 it doesnt really matter how many you do on them its the lactic acid in the shoulder I want to feel
