I haven't weighed myself yet today. Perhaps it is easier to recognize insanity in others while giving ourselves a pass. At what point does dedication become obsession at what point does obsession become illness. Who gets to decide who is mad anyway. Nasser one time was asked about smaller lifter in the gym and he said who am I to judge their righteousness. This is not a young naive man either this guy does all kind of blood work and controlled experiments he knows and understands the risk. I mean he makes really stupid wrong conclusions sometimes but he clearly gets he is risking his life and does not seem to care. He has a wife kids a career. I just find his reasoning interesting. When he starts talking about a mission and a purpose and how he cant go further in his career and just feels trapped by his life. He seems to recognize the toll it has taken on his mental well being as well. Clearly part of him knows he has lost it. Perspective matters he has lost his I have found mine. I am going to Law School. I don't need to be that guy.

You are missing the point if you are just hearing him talk about drugs. Listen to what he says about his life, his job, and his family. The guy has physical and mental health issues. As of recent : why spend $20k on an elective cosmetic surgery only to turn around and state that you are going to try for new max lifts and don't care if you blow the tendon out?  What do you possibly gain by getting that new max?  How will it enrich your life?  What will it mean?
