There is also the theory that people often willingly give kompromat to show they will be loyal. Just like a criminal gang will have an aspiring member do a crime on camera. These people being extremely naive walking into seemingly obvious traps doesn't seem that likely, but what do I know. Also as I've said these people didn't need Epstein to live out any perversion they wished, you can do a lot with a billion I imagine.

Also as I've said, I think Epstein most likely did a lot of money laundering. His Mentor Robert Maxwell scammed pensioners out of an astronomical amount of money and it was never recovered! Some specualte this money was somehow funneled to fund Epstein in the beginning.

I think there definitely were intelligence connections. Mossad obviously, but also then necessarily CIA and FBI, probably MI6 and numerous others.
