Yep, I agree. More squats, also I burned some leg muscle doing too much cardio. Like I said, I can put on more muscle if needed. I competed NABBA because guys can get by more with genetics and very minimal contest supps. To me its important to be healthy. Here is a quick semi-relaxed back shot since you asked.
