Short version of story - Patrick allegedly owes gym dues, and might've been selling steroids on the side out of the gym, he denies this. Him and the gym owner fight. Patrick knows how to box, so he gets the better of the gym owner, till the gym owners buddy jumps in, and sucker punches Patrick. Edit - Now Patrick claims the gym owner is the steroid dealer.

It didn't help him any.  It is probably why he thought he could kick Patricks ass.  He told his front desk girl and gym members to look out the windows and watch his kick Pats ass. Didn't work out so well.
