It is an issue that should be between Kristy Noam and her "balloon busty" husband, Byron Noam. Unfortunately, besides being nobody's business, some might view it as a security risk. But then, maybe not so much since Kristi Noem has been barely showing up for her new role as Special Envoy to the "Shield of the Americas" (whatever that is) following her ouster as Secretary of Homeland Security.
