Only watched a bit but said he tried to lifted extremely heavy relatively soon after his first surgery and felt fine and then the surgical scar started to look like an alien.

The man needs a psychologist and to move on from this.

Probably not too long milage on a mechanical joint that has zero oil lubrion. Especially when squatting 400lbs+ frequently
