Well they say USAID was largely a CIA front doing their color revolutions and promoting "American interests" globally as "NOGs." Musk apparently threatened some south American president who complained of American and Musk's interference in their domestic affairs by promoting and funding the opposition, "we'll coup anyone we want!" It's fiercely debated but many say Maidan was very obviously an American color revolution project and I think USAID is said to also have been involved. So some think the interference in other countries' politics will just take another form now, it's not just going to stop...

It will be interesting to see what comes out of it. From what I read it's 50% of what Ukraine makes from the minerals and Zelensky says they won't be paying for any past aid. Problem is some say that the deposits largely sit under Russian occupation (or de facto Russia now). They also think Americans won't be in Ukraine extracting minerals anytime soon because the war is probably not going to stop, but we will see; the nationalists they think will never stop fighting no matter what deal is signed and they envision a long guerilla warfare to follow, and perhaps by just using drones...
